If there is an issue with your purchase, we will support you in fixing the issue. We accept returns within 5 days of receipt, but all returns will be shipped at the buyer’s expense, and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. No returns are accepted on new items.

9.5/10 = Lightly used/minimal to no visible wear/could almost pass as new
9/10 = Minimal wear
8.5/10 = Moderate wear
8/10 = Moderate wear in multiple spots
7.5/10 = Heavily used/heavy wear
