What is your return policy?
If there is an issue with your purchase, we will support you in fixing the issue. All of our items are thoroughly serviced and tested before shipping to ensure functionality and quality. Once an order is placed, we do not accept returns for buyers remorse/a changed mind. No returns are accepted on new items.

Can you outline your condition rating system?
10/10 = NEW
9.5/10 = Lightly used/minimal to no visible wear/could almost pass as new
9/10 = Minimal wear
8.5/10 = Moderate wear
8/10 = Moderate wear in multiple spots
7.5/10 = Heavily used/heavy wear
